Svadhistana (swadhistana), the second chakra in the system of kundalini tantra, is located in the abdominal area. It is associated with the sex organs.
Tantra, as you may already know, is a spiritual path that amplifies love and connectedness with the Universe. Knowledge of the kundalini and chakras is an important part of the curriculum, along with countless other indispensable teachings that all intersect at the heart of tantra. Some yogic paths bypass the three "lower chakras" thus avoid the senses, while concentrating on the “higher” chakras. But tantra is an all-inclusive path that honors every aspect of humanness, including sexuality and the “lower” centers. Neither age nor gender is denied in this agenda. The functions of the second chakra deal with emotions, feelings and creativity. It affects the reproductive and sex center, including orgasms. This plexus is where most people experience what they perceive as“love,” which is based on emotions, opposed to love as a “state” of being. Positive Second Chakra Traits

Second Chakra Exercises
Tantric mastery requires knowledge and study of the chakras, with or without a partner. So, you can do these exercises together or solo. The important thing is to do them on a daily basis. Commitment is the key to success — no matter what it is you are trying to achieve.
